Ron Davis, a seasoned entrepreneur and philanthropist, has spent the last 16 years focused on nonprofit work, championing first-generation youth, healthcare, and mental health in Colorado's Vail Valley. Following a successful career in marketing at General Foods, where he helped launch Country Time Lemonade, Ron founded the Perrier Group of America, building it into the nation’s largest bottled water company before its acquisition by Nestlé. As a first-generation college graduate, he founded the Guardian Scholars program at CSU Fullerton, expanding educational opportunities for foster youth nationwide. His philanthropic impact includes establishing the Davis School of Business at Colorado Mesa University and funding My Future Pathways, a program supporting first-generation college students.

Toby is a Denver native. He spent 35 years in the operations, engineering, procurement and construction of communications, infrastructure and energy fields, before retiring in 2017. He managed projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. He and his wife Michelle have three children and two grandchildren. Toby is an avid golfer and fly fisherman.

Robert Hernreich is an American businessman, professional sports team owner, and advocate for community growth. As part-owner and club director of Swansea City, a Championship League soccer team in Swansea, Wales, and part-owner of DC United in Washington, D.C., Robert has a deep passion for fostering excellence in sports and building community connections.
In addition to his involvement in professional sports, Robert is a dedicated supporter of My Future Pathways, contributing to its mission of empowering youth and creating pathways for success. His commitment to giving back and supporting community initiatives reflects his belief in investing in the next generation.

Dr. Jarnot grew up in Eagle County and returned home 14 years ago to be the principal at Eagle Valley Middle School, which she attended as a student. She has also previously served as an English teacher and assistant principal. Dr. Jarnot currently serves as an Assistant Superintendent for Eagle County School District. She has served in public education since 2000. She has a bachelor’s degree in English, theater, and education from Rockford University, a master’s degree in administration and supervision from University of New Hampshire, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership, from University of Northern Colorado. She is a third generation educator who is proud to serve the students, families, staff and schools in the community she loves, where her family has lived for over 50 years, and where her father served as a teacher at Battle Mountain High School.

Susie Davis brings over 30 years of leadership experience in Eagle County, Colorado, with a focus on creative problem-solving and uniting people toward common goals. Passionate about shaping the future, Susie works with My Future Pathways to foster successful pathways for emerging adults and strengthen the community’s vitality.
As a former Guardian Scholarship Manager, Susie played a key role in building the program from its early stages, mentoring scholars, serving on the Board, and forging strong connections with youth, families, schools, and partners. Her deep understanding of local issues and commitment to servant leadership underscores her dedication to community engagement and the power of giving.

Wendy Rudolph grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and pursued a career in law. After becoming a lawyer, she made the move to Edwards, Colorado, where she continues to practice law. Wendy is a devoted family woman who values her roots and the connections she’s built in her new community.

Successfully led two $100M+ campaigns, facilitating a philanthropic revenue surge of 579% during my tenure. Proven ability to nurture high-performing teams, foster long-term donor relationships, and promote state-of-the-art initiatives to boost philanthropic support and engagement. Chris Lindley, a dedicated member of the My Future Pathways board, is the former director of Eagle County Public Health and Environment. He has been instrumental in advancing local behavioral health efforts, notably establishing the Hope Center in the Eagle River Valley. Awarded the Chief’s Community Partnership Award in 2019, Lindley is recognized for his vision and commitment to community health. With master’s degrees in public health, epidemiology, and business administration, he has also served as a U.S. Army Medical Reserves officer, earning the Bronze Star Medal for bravery in Iraq. Additionally, Lindley founded two successful fitness companies, including Endorphin in Eagle, and served as a Denver firefighter and as Prevention Services director at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

With a strong background in social work, she previously worked with the Eagle County Government Human Services Department, enhancing community support, and at Your Hope Center, where she positively impacted the student body. Rosa leverages her bicultural and bilingual skills to empower students and foster resilience in a diverse environment.

Christopher L. Silversmith was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami (B.B.A. 2002), where he also minored in Philosophy. After graduating from college, Christopher pursued business work at a prestigious international school in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC. During the year he spent in our nation’s capital, he recognized the numerous benefits of having a law degree and moved back to Florida to continue his studies. In his free time, Christopher enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife, Stephanie, and their dogs, Nacho and Biscuit. He also finds time to swim, golf and play tennis.
